Shipping Policy

Shipping and Shipping Costs.

We ship straight from Germany within fornight. Our preferred shipping company is DHL/German Post. Occasionally, within the EU, we may ship with DPD or an other more local shipper. But all our parcels will be shipped with a track and trace code, so the customer can follow the status of their parcel.

The shipping costs depends on the location of the customer and the amount of items in his / her cart. The shipping cost will appear in the checkout phase.
