Use:
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml) daily – refreshes and tastes good. If you need more calcium, take two effervescent tablets throughout the day. The daily consumption amount must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Can have a laxative effect. If kidney function is impaired, a doctor should be consulted before consumption. Avoid other calcium sources or foods fortified with calcium.
